CNFans spreadsheet after the August 2026 closure: turning dead links back into orders

Checked and edited .

Short version: CNFans really did close in August 2026, after surviving a false rumour in January, and its huge spreadsheets now point at a dead agent. Every row still hides a live marketplace listing: convert the links and order them elsewhere. Our spreadsheet's 10,000+ real-photo finds give you fresh options at Taobao and Weidian prices.

Every photo here is a real product photo from repbuysheet.com, a catalogue of 10,000+ shoes, clothes, bags and accessories. Tap any one to see its price, more real photos and the links to order it.

What happened to CNFans

CNFans closed in August 2026, with owner confirmation recorded on the rep.tools status board. It had survived a false closure rumour in January 2026, when it ended its referral programme and many people assumed the worst; the August closure was real. Its Trustpilot profile still shows 4.1 from about 13,000 reviews, a reminder that big review counts say nothing about the present.

CNFans was one of the largest agents of all: about 308,000 searches a month worldwide, with Spain, Italy and Germany as its biggest markets, and around 8,100 monthly US searches for CNFans spreadsheets. That makes CNFans links the most common dead links in shared sheets after Pandabuy's.

CNFans cannot take new orders; its links are still useful once converted.

Why CNFans links still work

An agent link is a wrapper. Inside every CNFans link sits the item number of a listing on Taobao, Weidian or 1688, and those marketplaces did not close when CNFans did. The seller is usually still there, often with the same listing. Strip the wrapper and you have a link any working agent can order from. This is exactly the situation Mulebuy users are in now, which is why this site treats closed agents and Mulebuy the same way.

The agent is gone; the marketplace listing usually is not.

Rescuing a CNFans spreadsheet, step by step

  1. Take a copy of your Mulebuy sheet so you can edit it freely.
  2. Convert the links in batches with the link converter. It recognises CNFans links and returns the original listing.
  3. Test a few on your new agent before relying on the rest.
  4. Mark dead rows and keep the working clean links in their own column.

Expect gaps. Sheets made for CNFans before it stopped may be a year or more old, and some sellers will have removed or changed listings. The guide to old spreadsheets explains what to recheck.

Where former CNFans users go

There is no single successor. Buyers who want a familiar spreadsheet experience tend to choose Kakobuy or Joyagoo; those who want an agent with formal written terms often pick Superbuy; French buyers lean towards Lovegobuy and BBDBuy. Avoid moving to Mulebuy, which buyers have reported as not shipping since mid-August 2026, or to Hoobuy, which now shows similar warnings. Compare a real parcel on two agents with the alternatives guide and check dated statuses on the status board.

Former CNFans buyers in the EU should also budget for the €3 per-category duty introduced in July 2026, which did not exist when most CNFans sheets were made; the duty calculator shows what an old CNFans haul would cost to land today.

Why people still search for CNFans

CNFans still draws about 308,500 searches a month worldwide, mainly from Spain (20%), Italy (16%), Germany (13%). Most of that comes from old bookmarks, spreadsheet rows and videos that predate its closure. If you landed here from one of those, the short answer is: do not try to order through CNFans, do not trust sites claiming to be its successor unless you can verify them, and convert any links you want to keep.

Money or items left behind

A closed agent's warehouse is the hard case. If you had paid items or a balance at CNFans, gather order numbers, receipts and screenshots, send a written request to any contact address the agent still lists, and ask your card issuer or PayPal about a dispute. Their deadlines are counted from the payment date, so act quickly. Be wary of anyone offering to recover CNFans funds for a fee; closure periods attract scams.

Disputes through your payment provider are the realistic route for money left at a closed agent.

Lessons for your next agent

  • Read the written terms: free storage period, return window and any fees, on any agent's own help pages.
  • Pay per order by card or PayPal, not by topping up a balance.
  • Check QC photos the day they arrive and ask for measurements if size matters.
  • Ship soon after the last item lands, rather than using the full storage period.

Keep a raw-link column in every sheet you use. When CNFans closed, buyers with raw links lost nothing but their account; buyers with only CNFans links had to convert everything first.
