The Mulebuy order flow, step by step
- Find the item. From a spreadsheet, a marketplace search or the app's photo search. Mulebuy's buying guide lists all three routes: pasting a link, searching by keyword, or searching by image.
- Paste the link and pick options. Size and colour come from the seller's own list, often in Chinese, so match by photo. Write a remark in plain English if the choice matters.

- Wait for warehouse arrival. Usually a few days after the seller ships. You get a notification when the item is stored.
