Agent and marketplace spreadsheets, sorted for buyers moving away from Mulebuy

Checked and edited .

Short version: Every agent and marketplace we cover is on this page, each with a dated status and a note written for buyers leaving Mulebuy, from Kakobuy and Superbuy to the closed CNFans and ACBuy. Agents change; the listings behind their links mostly do not. Start from our spreadsheet of 10,000+ real-photo shoes, clothes, bags and accessories and open them wherever you like.

How to use this hub

If you came from a Mulebuy spreadsheet, you probably want one of two things: a working agent that behaves like Mulebuy did, or a way to make an existing sheet work somewhere else. The agent cards below answer the first; the link converter answers the second. Every agent page follows the same questions so you can compare them fairly: what it costs next to Mulebuy, how its QC photos and storage compare, how it ships to Italy and the rest of Europe, whether it could take over if Mulebuy stays down, and exactly how a Mulebuy link moves to it.

The status label on each card has a date behind it. Large agents were probed on 31 August 2026; several smaller ones and Mulebuy were rechecked on 4 October 2026. The status board lists every date in one table.

Start with the status, then the cost comparison, then move your links.

Agents

A note on the green dots for small agents: "Operating" means the site loads and there are no credible closure reports, not that we have evidence of fast, reliable delivery. Treat any agent with few reviews as a test with a small first order.

Green means not dead; it does not mean recommended.

Marketplaces

Agents buy from three Chinese marketplaces: Taobao, Weidian and 1688. Spreadsheets also mention platforms that sell to you directly, where no agent is involved. Each page below is built around what people actually search for that platform, found through Google autocomplete in the US, Italy and France, and covers how buying through an agent like Mulebuy fits in, where it does at all.

PlatformNeeds an agent?Typical searches we built the page around
TaobaoYes, for most buyers abroadshoes, finds, sellers, best sheets (not the head term)
WeidianYesfinds, budget, shoes, clothes, best sheets
1688Yeslink sheets, China sheets, Reddit
YupooYes, after finding the real store linkYupoo sheets with an agent, Reddit
DHgateNobest sheets, free shipping, reselling, by month
AliExpressNohidden links, EU, UK, electronics
TemuNofinds, men, shoes, free sheets
HacooNoHacoo app sheets, links, women, men
SHEINNofinds for men, women, codes

Agents are only needed for the three Chinese marketplaces; the rest ship to you directly.

Shipping guides for the top five Mulebuy countries

Mulebuy's searches came mostly from Italy, the US, France, the UK and Germany, so those five get a page each with the taxes, duty rules, carriers and payment habits that matter there. Italy also has a full Italian-language section starting at la pagina in italiano.

Read your country's page before you choose a shipping line.

Picking a replacement for Mulebuy in three questions

Most comparisons drown buyers in fee tables. Three questions settle most choices. First, does the agent have a tax-included line to your country, and what does a two-kilo parcel on it cost? For Italy and the rest of the EU, the per-category €3 duty and VAT make this the biggest swing. Second, does it publish its free storage period and its return window in writing? Mulebuy's five-day return window caught many buyers out. Third, what do its last thirty days of reviews say? Not the average, the recent ones.

Two agents come up most when people compare with Mulebuy: Kakobuy and Superbuy. Both comparison pages work through those three questions in detail. For a plain-language explanation of what an agent does with your order, see how shopping agents work.

Tax-included line price, written rules, recent reviews: in that order.

Keeping your own spreadsheet safe from the next closure

The lesson of 2024 (Pandabuy) and 2026 (CNFans, ACBuy and the Mulebuy reports) is that agents are temporary and listings are not. Keep a column with the raw marketplace link for every find, next to whatever agent link you use. Keep the seller or shop name too, so you can find a re-listed item. And keep the size you ordered and any note you sent the seller. With those three columns, a closure costs you an afternoon, not your list. The catalogue page explains where the photo grids on this site come from.

Raw link, seller name, size: the three columns that make any spreadsheet closure-proof.

Questions readers ask

What is an agent spreadsheet?

A shared list of Taobao, Weidian or 1688 finds whose links are rewritten for one agent. The products are the same across agents; only the link wrapper changes.

Can I use a spreadsheet made for one agent with another?

Yes. Convert each link to the original listing with the link converter, then open it on the agent you use.

Why list closed agents?

Their spreadsheets are still shared and searched. Each closed agent's page explains how to rescue its links.

What are the marketplace pages?

Taobao, Weidian and 1688 are where agents buy. DHgate, AliExpress, Temu and others ship directly and need no agent; their pages cover what people actually search about them.
