Why so many people still search for the 2025 sheet
About 140 people a month in the US search for "mulebuy spreadsheet 2025", more than search for the 2026 version. The reason is simple: the big Mulebuy sheets of 2025 were built when Mulebuy was the agent everyone moved to after Pandabuy, and they were shared everywhere, from Reddit threads to TikTok bios. Many of their creators then stopped updating them, so the 2025 copies are still what circulates.
A 2025 sheet is still useful. It is a list of sellers other buyers had already found and checked. What it is not is a list of links you can click and order from in October 2026 without thinking.

The links, the prices and the taxes in a 2025 sheet all need rechecking.
Updating a 2025 sheet in four steps
- Look for a newer version first. Check the creator's Reddit, Discord or TikTok profile. If they have rebuilt the sheet for another agent, use that.
- Convert the link column. Paste up to 200 Mulebuy links at a time into the link converter and keep the clean marketplace links.
- Delete dead rows. Open a sample of converted links on your new agent. Empty listings and sold-out items go.
- Rewrite the price column. Replace 2025 prices with today's, or mark them as old so nobody relies on them.

Telling a real 2025 sheet from a recycled copy
Popular sheets get copied, and copies often swap in the copier's own referral codes or links to different sellers. Signs of a recycled copy: the creator name is missing or different from the one people cite on Reddit, many rows link to the same few shops, or every link carries a referral code that does not match the creator's. A second check is the date. Google Sheets shows the last edit time under the File menu for anyone with view access, and many creators write an "updated" date in the first row. A sheet last edited in spring 2025 predates the EU duty change, the CNFans and ACBuy closures and the Mulebuy problems, so every row needs the full check described above.
Get the sheet from the creator, not from whoever reposted it last.
What a 2025 sheet is still good for
Old sheets carry knowledge that is hard to rebuild. The seller names tell you which shops buyers trusted. The notes column often records sizing advice from people who bought the item, such as "runs small, size up" or "true to size in EU". QC photo links show what the item looked like when it was good. Even if half the links have died, those notes save you money on the half that still works.
What a 2025 sheet cannot tell you is whether a seller has since changed what they ship. Sellers on Weidian and Taobao switch suppliers, and the same listing number can show a different product a year later. Compare the current listing photos with the old QC photos before ordering, and if they differ, treat the row as a new, untested item.
Some 2025 sheets also recorded the shipping weight of finished parcels, which is useful when estimating what a similar haul will cost today on another agent. Weights do not change with the agent, only the price per kilo does.
Keep the seller names and sizing notes even when the links are dead.
2025 sheet, 2026 taxes
Notes in 2025 sheets often say things like "under €150, no duty" for EU buyers. That stopped being true on 1 July 2026. Every parcel up to €150 now pays €3 for each different item category, plus VAT, which in Italy is 22% of goods, shipping and duty.
