The board
Sorted roughly by how many people search each agent, with Mulebuy first because it is the reason this site exists. Click a name for the full page on that agent, written for buyers moving away from Mulebuy.

Order only through agents marked Working or Operating, and recheck the date on the row before a big haul.
What each label means
- Working
- Site loads, orders and parcels reported moving recently, no credible closure reports. Used for larger agents with plenty of buyer evidence.
- Operating
- Site loads and no credible closure reports, but too little recent buyer evidence to say fulfilment is normal. Used for smaller agents.
- Reported, Mixed, Complaint
- Repeated first-hand reports of a serious problem without official confirmation (Reported), sharply split reviews (Mixed), or one specific unverified allegation (Complaint).
- Shut down, Offline
- Owner-confirmed closure, a documented raid or a domain that no longer works (Shut down); a site replaced by a notice or unreachable for months (Offline).
We keep these labels deliberately conservative. Calling a working agent dead costs its buyers nothing but confidence; calling a failing agent fine can cost them their money. That is why Mulebuy sits in the middle: the evidence of trouble is strong, but the evidence of closure is not there yet. The Mulebuy status page lists exactly which claims have a source.
Read the label together with its date; neither means much alone.
How agent trouble usually unfolds
Looking back at the closures since 2024 gives a rough pattern. Pandabuy was raided in April 2024 and simply stopped. CNFans had a false closure rumour in January 2026, when it ended its referral programme, and then closed for real in August, with the owner confirming it. ACBuy closed the same month. AllChinaBuy replaced its homepage with a notice about a hacking attack and maintenance. Mulebuy has followed a slower path: first slow support and delayed orders, then a wave of one-star reviews, then silence on review sites.
The warning signs before a failure are usually the same: support replies that turn automated, refund and withdrawal requests that stall, and storage or shipping fees appearing that buyers did not expect. If you see two of those at once on any agent, ship what you can and stop topping up. Our alternatives guide covers how to choose where to go next.
Slow refunds plus silent support is the pattern to act on, whatever the agent's star rating says.
Agents that changed names or share owners
Some rows look like duplicates but are not, and some names you remember are now different. JoyaBuy became Joyagoo in 2025, so an old JoyaBuy spreadsheet link needs converting exactly like a dead agent's link, even though the company is still running. Wegobuy was Superbuy's sister site; when it went offline in early 2025, Superbuy kept operating. ACBuy and AllChinaBuy are often written about as one company, but they used separate sites and accounts; ACBuy closed in August 2026, while AllChinaBuy's homepage shows a notice about a hacking attack and maintenance.
Hubbuy is a Brazil-focused agent; buyers there review it warmly, and one reviewer claims it is under investigation by Brazil's central bank and the consumer body Procon-SP, which we could not verify. Pingubuy launched in 2024 and has both very positive reviews from its Discord community and complaints about parcels that never arrived. Both are marked in amber so the evidence gets read before an order is placed.
Check the name on an old link: a renamed agent's links need converting just like a closed one's.
When your agent is on the red list
Your finds are safe because they were never stored in the agent. Paste the dead agent's links into the link converter to get the original listings back, then open them on a working agent. Parcels already handed to a carrier keep moving and can be tracked with the carrier's own number. Paid items still inside a closed agent's warehouse are the hard case; written tickets and a payment dispute through your card or PayPal are the only routes, and both have deadlines.

A closed agent costs you the account, not the list.
Questions readers ask
How often is this board checked?
Each row carries its own check date. The big agents were probed on 31 August 2026; Mulebuy, Basetao, Mycnbox, Orientdig, Pingubuy and Hubbuy were checked again on 4 October 2026. A status older than a few weeks should be treated as a starting point.
What does Reported mean?
Several independent buyers describe the same serious problem, but there is no owner statement, dead domain or official record. Mulebuy is in this group.
Why is a small agent marked Operating instead of Working?
Operating only means its site loads and we found no credible closure reports. We have too little evidence on fulfilment to say more.
My agent's site does not load. Is it closed?
Not necessarily. Sites go down for hours. Kakobuy's short August outage produced closure videos within days, and it came back. Check again later and look for an owner statement.
